Norman-Lott has noticeable get off to immediately put the offensive lineman on his heels and win the rep with power. He can win in a variety of ways as a 3 tech, with the bull rush being his most impactful. Norman-Lott brings the desired impact as a pass rusher from the position. Omarr offers a variety of pass rushing moves, which is rare for the 3 tech position. He will work best with a bigger run stuffing 1 tech to go next to him. He has active hands that allow him to deconstruct blockers efficiently. Norman-Lott is most effective as a run defender, where he is able to anchor and clog rushing lanes. He maintains gap integrity and does not get overeager to make a play in the backfield. Instead, he consistently waits for the most opportune time to strike and make a tackle.

His rushes tend to get stalled by the bigger and more powerful interior offensive linemen who have the strong punches. It is also worth mentioning that Norman-Lott struggled to stay healthy throughout his college career. He will come into the NFL with injury concerns.
Conclusion: Omarr Norman-Lott is an impactful interior defensive lineman and can put his fingerprints all over all phases of the game. He brings rare pass rushing ability from the interior and can be a serious mismatch for the slower interior offensive linemen.
